Performance

If you鈥檙e a pro running a truck mount, buy the General Pump. If you鈥檙e a homeowner who washes a driveway twice a year, get the POHIR. It鈥檚 the best value in this price range. Period.

Who should buy this hose: Homeowners with gas pressure washers. People who need the reach. Guys who are tired of kinked, short hoses. If you wash your driveway, your siding, or your fence, this hose will make your life easier. The light weight and swivel fittings reduce fatigue. The length means you don鈥檛 move the machine. For 45 bucks, it鈥檚 a solid upgrade.

Who should skip it: Guys with low-flow electric washers (under 1.5 GPM). The hose will kill your pressure. Also, if you鈥檙e a pro using the hose daily on abrasive surfaces, spend the extra money on a rubber-armored hose. This one won鈥檛 survive heavy abuse on sharp concrete or rebar. And if you can鈥檛 handle tightening a fitting with a wrench, you鈥檙e going to get annoyed at the initial leak.
